Strained Highland Honey 240 g.
It is collected from the highlands of the Taurus Mountains, ranging from 800 to 1500 meters above sea level, and only prairie plants grow in the production area. No agriculture is practiced. The Taurus prairie plants, irrigated by snowmelt in the spring, secrete aromatic nectar as they struggle to survive in the arid Mediterranean climate starting in June. Bees collect nectar from the wildflowers in this area, carry it back to the hive, reduce its humidity, and add enzymes to produce honey. The primary prairie plants are rock thyme, wild clover, and cornflower, all of which have medicinal value.
Warnings: Because it is natural, it may crystallize. It can be dissolved in hot water at 45°C or consumed in its natural state. Store at room temperature. Heat above 45°C and bright light reduce diastase values and increase HMF values.
Honey should not be fed to babies under 1 year old.
